Good turkey, the provolone had that nice bite, and the toppings were crisp and full of flavor. Simple, but done right. But the star for me was the Portobello Steak Cheesesteak. That thing was ridiculous in the best way. The steak was tender, the mushrooms were cooked just right, and the cheese tied it all together.
