First off, this is not your average traditional round. But more like an adult size personal pan for 2. I paid roughly $20 for 6 slices. Taste wise, worth every cent. However, if you call it a "Beef Bulgogi Pizza?" That should be the star here. I mean, don't get me wrong. I love Kim Chee too. But it is an added topping. Not the main.
Also, although the outer crust was a mere perfection (light, airy, crispy, soft and chewy). Unfortunately the inner thin crust was a total mess. Probably due to all the moisture from the Kim Chee. It couldn't hold up. As it was too wet/soggy. Literally every slice just fell apart.
As for the Baby Romaine Salad? There's much to be desired for sure. Honestly I feel like I got catfished here lol. Though a couple lemon wedges. Including, an extra cup of the cilantro dressing would've sufficed.
Overall, I'd still recommend everyone give it a try. If you haven't already. I know I'll be back in-spite of this. Really looking forward to that Kim Chee Pork Belly Pizza next. Including the Apricot Pie dessert."
