"I ordered a pizza and was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, it arrived badly burnt. The crust was almost black and tasted bitter, making it hard and unpleasant to chew. The cheese was overcooked to the point where it lost its texture, and the toppings were dried out and lacking flavor. It honestly felt like the pizza had been left in the oven far too long, and it really took away from what should have been an enjoyable meal. I ended up not finishing it, which was disappointing considering the cost. I hope more attention can be paid to quality control in the future, because this experience definitely didn’t meet expectations."
