Nice diagonal hatch marks on the single squid piece of sushi; makes it really easy to not get too much of any sauce on it. We love the wasabi shumai dumplings, lots of nice broth with spring onions as another shareable (4 dumplings, one container) Not spicy; the flavor of wasabi and the pork really comes across.
