"This was my second time ordering from Fixins'. This experience was almost as perfect at the first except in the 3 Piece Plate ,the 2 chicken breasts were fried too fast in oil that was too hot. The crust was overcooked and too dark vs golden brown.What should have been crunchy was this side of being burnt and the meat drier than expected. The chicken leg however was undercooked and as shown in the pic, still slightly bloody at the bone and drained into the box. To be safe I chose to microwave the trio for 2 mins before eating. The sides: double Collard Greens and double Potato Salad were EXCELLENT as before. I think next go around I'll go with a Veggie plate instead. To their credit, the portions are ample and filling. I had leftovers both times"

Taste wise everything was bomb to the max like the Dreamy zipped-UP whole wings (chef's fav) was very tender, flavorful, and you can tell why they are a chefs fav. The Grilled Salmon was cooked perfectly with the right color on the outside and tenderness on the inside with the soft rice under it. Last but least the Fried Turkey Chops were seasoned in and out and crispy and words cant even describe how good it was. All the portions were generous and had an reasonable price. "Second time having Topey's Kitchen and again it did not disappoint. Its hard to find authentic Jamaican food. The oxtails and curry goat were seasoned too perfection with a tiny kick. There was enough sauce from the oxtails and currygoat on the rice that it was not dry. The steamed cabbage and veggies were delicious. And lord knows I love me some plantains but I dont like them when over ripe. Topey's picked the perfect batch. And I also like that they grow most of their veggies to give the food the real authentic flavor. "
