Anytime you put hot items in container will have issues with the food absorbing the condensation - A napkin will help placed inside over a sheet of parchment paper maybe. "I orderedthe 601. Roast Pork Angel Hair - it had no flavor (or color, see picture) and maybe 4 tiny pieces of meat. The 115. Won Ton Soup seems like it was made with the frozen potstickers from the store, so they fell apart before I even opened the container. This was so disappointing and nowhere near as good as New China is normally. "
