I do like the cheese blend. I think the majority of what lost stars here can be attributed to the dough and the lack of "freshness". Final notes: I think this restaurant likely has a better in-house experience for those dining in. I do not like to speak negatively of hardworking small businesses hence the "Areas of Opportunity".
