"The quality of this meal was wildly variable. Everything was very well seasoned. However, the collard greens were barely cooked (i.e. leathery). Somehow, the two drumsticks were perfectly tender, but the rest of the chicken was dry and overcooked (how?). The rice and beans were perfection. This was the consensus of the whole family. To be fair, I didn't try the soup. Since its soup (single texture, hard to over/under cook broth) and everything else was beautifully flavored, I anticipate that it'll probably be great with the re-cooked collards, which I plan to sautee for lunch tomorrow. Overall, I plan to give them another chance just in case the textures are a fluke."
