All the entrees had a lot more meat than veggies, so I guess that justifies why the prices seemed high for Chinese food. However I had to take off a star because there were no Sichuan peppercorns in the dishes! Overall, a passable option for Chinese food in a pinch, but there is a better option for Sichuan cuisine on the other side of the CT River."

"The Biryani with added chicken was good. It wasn't spicy which I requested and had tender boneless pieces of chicken. It was a bit heavy on the turmeric or yellow food coloring and the basmatic rice grains were on the thicker side than I expected. It also wasn't oily which I really liked.

"The Subgum Lo Mein at this restaurant is quite good. All of the items in the dish have a thorough, but not excessive, coating of sauce. The meats included are chicken, pork, and shrimp. "This has been my favorite local Chinese restaurant for many, many years... Their boneless spare ribs are unique, and genuinely the best you can get anywhere. Aside from those, I nearly always get the general tso's chicken combo, pork lo mein, and wonton soup. (A note about the wonton soup... There are strips of meat in the broth, something I've not seen at other restaurants... This addition really brings the soup to the next level.
I'm very glad they are finally giving us delivery options again.
