"This was probably the most disgusting meal we’ve gotten. I don’t know what’s happened to this Taco Bell, but it’s gone downhill pretty quickly over the past year. The fries were bagged UPSIDE down, the cheese cos we’re not on tight enough and opened and cheese was all over the bag. The nachos has dry, crusty meat and beans. The beans had a white chalky substance and you couldn’t even break them up they were so dry. The chips were stale. Now imagine having hungry kids excited to get something they don’t normally have for dinner and they are hungry and anticipating their meals and they get some things that I wouldn’t even let them eat. How long do refried beans and meat have to sit out before they become crunchy and discolored?!?! Where was the manager on duty? Why is the food being served when it is very clearly no good? I can’t believe I just paid what I paid for old food"
