For today's order, I got 3 Cuban sandwiches (1 regular and 2 no pickles no mustard), an order of plantains for $7, and a mango smoothie. Well all 3 sandwiches were covered in mustard. I tried to wipe it off but it was soaked into the bread and the pernil. My kid has a geographic tongue and condiments / vinegar burn his mouth so he couldn't eat either of his sandwiches. I checked the order to make sure I didn't make the mistake and it says it clearly. Next, my $7 plantains were only 1/3 of the container and there were only 7 slices!?! That's $1 per piece! A plantain in the store is only $1 and it gives way more than 7 tiny slices. While I understand inflation and trying to keep making the menu more cost effectively this is really ridiculous. "Food was great! All of the food came fresh. There was plenty of jerk sauce on the chicken and large portions. The Macaroni and Cheese was good but lacked some flavor and was partly dry. The Jerk Chicken itself made it all great. I would definitely recommend this place "

"Stew Beef was very tender with good flavorful gravy!! The rice beans and cabbage were cooked perfectly, no flavor or seasoning. There wasn't any gravy from the meat on it. That would have helped. I will try the oxtails next time."

"1st time ordering 100% worth th value. The Catfish dinner comes with 2 healthy pieces of fish, breaded well and with good flavor. The Mac and cheese paired well with subtle seasoning and enough cheese. "

"The Oxtail. Dinner is mid. The yams are from a can and canned yams will always be a negative. The Mac and cheese is ok nothing to write home about. You do receive a healthy portion of oxtail and it's not just bones. Taste wise, they lack flavor and spice. We need an option of extra oxtail gravy. The cornbread is a tad dry but buttery and sweet, however, the dryness could because it's overcooked. "

"The food is delicious and the taste is always consistent.!! This is one of my go to weekly restaurants. They have that good old-school oxtail flavor with the sticky gravy!! Even though I absolutely love extra gravy on my rice, this one of the few places where the rice and peas can actually stand on their own. The flavor is superb. Lastly, they always wrap the container with clean wrap sold. The gravy doesn't spill out. 10/10. I had already started eating the food before I took the picture... sorry..."

"Jerk Chicken was okay. I needed to add salt. The Fried Plantains was very good. However, the Mac & Cheese was terrible and did not look like the image they provided. "
