Dunkin gives no option to make a request or instructions on DoorDash. "I ordered the Bourbon BBQ Country Style Rib Sandwich because I had previously ordered the slider version, which was really good - soft, warm bun; moist, smoky meat; crispy onions. Unlike the slider, the Bourbon BBQ Country Style Rib Sandwich arrived with the inside of the bun charred black. The few pieces of meat inside were dry and tough, probably leftover from the day before. A couple of pieces of crispy onion were in the bottom of the box, but none in the sandwich, as if they'd been thrown in as an afterthought. The pickles were missing entirely. The sandwich was a disaster compared to the slider. Arby's needs to work on its quality control."
