It is not that hard! Whomever prepared it, did so, without any love of food nor skill. Now, I love Sticky Date Pudding and if it is on a menu, I order it. I am over 50 years old. I have eaten countless sticky-date puddings. I can honestly say, your sticky-date pudding was the worst I have ever had. It was very tough, extremely dry, it had no spring. Yucky! It was like something long-passed the use-by date, discovered in an energency bunker that had been long buried under rubble. It was truly inedible. You are not only taking your customers for granted, you are treating them like mugs and with disdain."

Tempo Woodfire Pizza Pasta & Gelato

"The New Yorker Pizza was delicious but the Focaccia Formaggi with anchovies was a let down because there was very little anchovies, about 3 on the entire pizza. It felt like I spent $12.50 on a cheese pizza and not a pizza with anchovies. The old school hot jam doughnuts were in cooked and unpleasant to eat and the Vegan Sugar Doughnut was chewy and also unpleasant to eat. I think Tempo should add a little cinnamon to the sugar for both the old school jam doughnuts and the vegan sugar doughnut, the doughnuts might actually taste better. The spaghetti carbonara was another let down as there was hardly any carbonara sauce on the pasta, the pasta was dry and there was 4 pieces of bacon in the pasta which looked like it had just been thrown in, along with a pinch of parsley. Except for The New Yorker Pizza everything else from Tempo Woodfire was a let down and unpleasant to eat. My first time trying Tempo Woodfire and probably the last time."
