I was told from Schianos that it was a DoorDash issue but the restaurant clearly read no ham and dismissed my request to replace the meat. The Classic Lasagna was fine as well as the Large Grilled Chicken Salad but for $12 for a sub with 3 pieces of meat is absurd. If I wanted bread I would have ordered a loaf of bread... I will order again but no longer a sandwich from here. Also, I would suggest the restaurant have better options for resolving an issue rather than blaming their mistake on DoorDash, who is only responsible for picking up the order, not for making the order. "Birria tacos are my absolute favorite but the New! Birria Tacos here is not good. The consommé was not flavorful. It tasted like greasy or oily meat water and the cheese used wasn't a good pairing. I couldn't even finish the tacos because the taste was disappointing. If you've never had delicious birria before then you may like it but for me it's a hard pass. The good things were the portion was pretty good in the tacos, lots of meat and it can be filling. Also, the food was fresh and hot. I also ordered the Spanish Rice as well and it was good. I will not order birria tacos from here as I already have my fav go-to spots for that. I'd just stick to the regular items."
