This is first time I have seen a sign off on the ticket. This is a GREAT procedure to have someone checking and signing off on the to go/delivery orders to ensure that every item in the order is there plus at proper temperatures. Also the bag with dressings, utensils, etc. had my name written on it - this was a first as well. Keep up the good work, chefs and staff.
