I've gotten it about 3 times and it is one of the very few noodle dishes that you can order off their "late night menu", which is how I came across and it is Excellent! It tastes fresh every time, the noodles are stored separately from the beef bone broth to maintain their integrity (not get soggy) on top of the soup below to ensure everything is warm and ready to eat. I also enjoyed the Wonton Egg Drop Soup, as well as the Singapore Mei Fun (Jumbo Shrimp & Chicken). Very delicious, consistent quality and I will absolutely be ordering from them again.
