"I've considered this place a favorite for italian for a long time, and this year for my Bday, I ordered it in - and while a few things have changed a small amount, it's no exception this time around. The Chef's Favorites for 2 came with a suitable portion for just that - offering a good pick when you can't choose between two of their best dishes. I liked their Chicken Parmesan and their Alfredo, and tried the Maggiano Salad instead of the Caesar this time around - everything was lovely! "

The chocolate alfajor was okay. I was expecting a spectacular taste but it was very basic. I actually struggled to find the flavor in it, but eventually the dulce de leche kicked in. Perhaps the chocolate being used is not as tasty. The Banatella was pretty good but VERY small. Again, I would've expected something bigger for the price range. The Tarta Victoria was disgusting. I hate saying that but it was terrible. I'm not sure what it was even meant to taste like but I didn't get any of the flavors from the description. There's no crust, just whatever paste it's meant to be, shaped like a slice of cheesecake. It also tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for dayssss prior to being served. I wish I hadn't ordered that because I threw it in the trash after one bite. But I guess you have to try it, to know if you like it."

"First time trying this place. We live downtown and I like to order just a nice slice occasionally and not all slice shops offer slice only for delivery so thought I would check these guys out. Honestly we enjoyed the slices, bigger than expected and nice thin, crisp crust NY style and sized slices. Only downfall was my wife and I got 3 slices and they put two in the bottom of the box and then one on a paper plate on top of a cheese slice. When it got to us everything from the Cheese Slice on the bottom of the box was stuck to the bottom of the paper plate....alll of the cheese so the bottom slice was just crust and sauce when it arrived. I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce and the pizza overall was more to my personal liking than our other slice delivery option close to our place and that is slice works. I would love to make this a go to when we are craving slices and don't need a whole pie but I hope they can box the food better! Just using another of the small boxes for the 3rd slice would have made this perfect. I wish I had taken a photo of how sloppy and bad the bottom slice was upon arrival. Would love to order again but definitely hoping someone sees this and addresses how they package delivery items."
