"As someone who proudly participates in Colorado’s recreational festivities, I take my BBQ runs very seriously. That’s exactly how I found myself ordering what can only be described as a champion-level spread from GQue BBQ: ribs, wings, mac and cheese, cole slaw, and onion rings. Let me start by saying the ribs and mac & cheese were so good that I demolished them immediately. The onion rings were crispy, golden, and absolutely doing their job — I made it halfway through before realizing I might have made a strategic overcommitment. Then… the inevitable happened.
