I guess I can see how some folks would perceive the food as "lacking flavor," but I could also argue they have an immature palate (hehe). The lamb was not on a skewer but in my pita wrap (gyro?!), and because its's lamb/mutton it was chewy, and there was some gristle lumps.
I guess I'm used to the stacked and shaved for that particular meat, avoiding the extra chew and gristle.
It was nicely cooked and seasoned, though.
