"Everything was hot and fresh. Satisfied my pho fix. The broth however, was more of a salty chicken broth rather than a traditional savory broth. It was a little too oily for my taste as well. Generous with the meat though! All toppings were included. Happy to have a good amount of jalapeno. I was also happy to have a soup spoon, even for a take out order! As I am traveling, I would have preferred more than one napkin though, for a liquid meal. Value, quantity, packaging and freshness all hit - but I'd probably try another spot before ordering again."

There was not option in the app for a requested heat/spice level. This highly modified version of Pad Thai is catering to the typical Utah spice-adverse clientele. Which I found to be an excruciatingly common approach to ethnic dishes. If you don't like spicy or having all of the flavors be as balanced and forward as they could be, you'll be fine. To be fair, I will try Thai Better again. I'll be ordering a different dish and this time at the location, comparing the two experiences."

Love their made from scratch red sauce and usually ask for 2-1 red to yellow. Their Egg rolls are also good although premade now....they used to make them from scratch and those were to die for! The pad Thai was presented as a bunch of ingredients all packed together in a box. To enjoy them properly they needed to be mixed, impossible to do in the box because the noodles are all along the bottom, just stuck there.
