Well made, fresh ground beef and they added mayo, lettuce, a unique hot sauce( orange sauce). This deli lets you pick your choice of cheese vs other delis that would charge more for just adding a different cheese. There prices are good for lunch specials. And they seal the bags in delivery. The ridiculously late orders for pickup and delivery , and the chaotic dining in experience service wise, were always made up for by the quality of the food. No longer. Now you pay astronomical prices for all of the lack above. The fish in my last three orders (two pickup and one delivery) has been discolored and even with a slight smell. At the gas station sushi this is expected . Not for these prices . A huge disappointment . Not to mention if you order delivery, good luck getting it. The driver sits around waiting for the order for at least a half an hour over the estimated time without fail. Often is forced to leave and then you wait another extra amount of time . The place is surviving on old momentum and reputation and doing absolutely nothing to improve or even maintain its quality - except for continuing to raise prices . "

Spicy Crunchy Tuna roll was just a spicy tuna roll - no crunch. Lobster Bisque was OK. Takayama roll was not good - was not crunchy and no jalapeño. American Dream roll also not as described. The fried rice was an absolute let down - dry, no flavor, and the tiny shrimp you get in cheap Chinese fried rice. Short rib was the biggest disappointment. Very nice piece, but lacking any flavor and needed more cook time - still tough and not a good mouth feel when chewing through. This place is new - but they do have another older location in commack - the food shouldn't be this poor. And those signature rolls? not going to cut it with what Moca is delivering in that regard just across the street. "
