"this was phenomenal!! the only thing is that the gluten free noodles get pretty "glued" together by the time they've reached you. i had to pull them apart and comb through them using two forks. but besides that, everything was perfect. the eggs were my fav! the miso broth was tasty with a little creamy texture. it could've been a little spicier but keep in mind that i typically need quite a bit of heat in order for me to feel the kick lol. they packaged everything very nicely and the amount of broth that you pour into your noodles was the perfect amount. the amount of food that you get is the perfect amount, and honestly i couldve (and maybe should've) saved some for leftovers---i was FULL! i also felt pretty boujee having my food delivered in a high quality, nice, insulated, reusable bag lol i'll def order from them again! "

"Wow, everything was so good! The sushi was delicious but the presentation was a little sloppy. Of coure they could have gotten jostled on the drive over. They put the Dumpling Soup (which was SO good) on top of the sushi, which made the sushi a little warm. I'd like to see them put a barrier between the items, maybe a piece of cardboard. The soup had the freshest vegetables I've ever had! There was a lot and they stayed crunchy. The dumplings had the perfect amount of spice. I very much recommend them. :) "

The ragoons come with a sweet and sour sauce thats more sour and pairs nicely with the sweet pastery. The Tonkotsu Chashu is always rich and a perfect balance of savoriness and saltiness. If you ever have the chance to dine in person I would also recommend the staff is kind and service is prompt. "

I went with spice level 3 (spice lwvwlcould be a little hotter for a medium level).. Chicken seemed like it was coated and fried to be more crispy. . Preparing the chicken this way left the chicken dry and chewy. The vegetables were crunchy. Overall the flavor tasted more like a sweet and sour sauce. "The nigiri was delicate and sliced perfectly (salmon and maguro tuna). The classic rolls were done tightly and well-balanced (spicy tuna, california, and Philadelphia). The crunch roll was far too large, about three separate bites, and fell apart. The beef tataki was sub-par, far too thick for it to be easily bit into, and also lacking in flavor (the driver also spilled almost all the sauce into the bag out of the container). Overall, the classic rolls were excellent and worth the price, but I could have done without the crunch roll or beef tataki, instead ordering something simpler in their place."
