The smoked pork was fantastic, as always! My sides were the baked beans and the hashbrown casserole. The beans were great... smoky and sweet. The hashbrown casserole was not good at all. The potatoes were undercooked and the rest was mushy. I would have removed a star for it but for 2 reasons... 1) I've never had a good hashbrown casserole at any restaurant and 2) Everything else was so good I didn't even miss it. Do I recommend Sugarfire to anyone who loves great BBQ?... Heck Yeah! ( just skip the hashbrown casserole )"
