"Wapo Taco was a pleasant surprise just trying something new. I normally shy away from Mexican food as it is typically so heavy. Wapo Taco was fresh and lite. I would say more of a California style versus typical Texas-Mex. The carnitas mini tacos were phenomenal. They were seasoned well slightly moist. Their homemade salsa brought them fully to life. The birria mini tacos were good, but the roast beef was a little dry for my liking. The consomme' adds the moisture back to the beef, but I wish the birria was a bit thicker. Wapo Taco is a definite addition to my dining rotation. I highly recommend it for yours as well."

"My first order from Wapo Taco. The Wapo C-Food Taco was a shrimp taco and it was great! It needed no salsa or any additional seasoning as it was seasoned well. The carnitas mini-taco were phenomenal, but needs the salsa to moisten the meat. The birria mini tacos were good, but not great. The beef was dry and the consomme' was thin. The flavor was good but a thicker birria would have made it perfect. All in all I will be back. I definitely recommend Wapo Taco for your dining rotation. The food is fresh and light which is great for a more health conscious culture."

If you're a fan of chilaquiles, this will easily be the some of the best you've ever had. The Pozole Verde is another winner. The hominy is cooked to perfection soft but still holds its shape and the broth is rich, flavorful, and comforting. Not to mention, the chicken in the pozole is incredibly juicy, not dry at all, which is rare and so appreciated. This dish is the perfect balance of hearty and flavorful, and I could eat it every day. And let’s not forget the service!
