Boneless Spare Ribs just like nother reviews said is very Unappetizing as you look at them, I am guessing is the thick goey sauce they use which is not the traditional oriental red BBQ sauce, their sauce is kind of difficult to describe it, liquidy, goey, pale, very unpleasant to look. I tried it and the meat was dry and flavor less. Won't recommend it.
The S1. Beef with Orange Peel is my go to Manu item in any Chinese Restaurant. it supposed to be Crispy texture as is breaded then fried to a crisp, and then introduced to the Spicy Orange Flavor Sauce. but this was soggy, cause was not fried enough and the breading wasn't fully cooked and not spicy, & bland to taste. Not Recommended.
