Egotistical and delusional, he was not apologetic and kept ignoring what I was saying about the food. He said their food is meant to be burnt and look burnt, my food did not look burnt in the pictures they display online, I feel like they have scammed me, I was looking for him to replace my food, but he kept saying he can’t do anything about it.
