"It smelled really good as soon as it arrived, and it tasted even better than it smelled. The Bulgogi Fries are amazing, they exceeded all our expectations. The portions are very generous, you definitely won't walk away hungry. The only thing I would ding it on is the noodles, they're very sweet and spaghetti-like, and they cost extra, so I'd personally recommend skipping out on them and getting rice or greens. All in all though I'm really happy with our food and would absolutely order from this place again."

"I lived in Raleigh when Guasaca first opened and people would stand in long lines to order it. It was worth it, because the flavors were bold and fresh and the value was outstanding. I'd even take people there when visitors came from out of town. Unfortunately, something has changed. I looked the place up to see if VC had purchased the business because the current food is so underwhelming compared to what they previously offered. This now tastes like Chipotle, which is fine, but just that. If you want a relatively healthy and cheap option and you never had the original, then you may think this is good. It's just sad to know how outstanding it once was and how it's changed."
