"Out of all the Takoyaki (octopus) I have tried this has been my least favorite. It was too dense and over cooked. The Beef Bulgogi Fries are so small, the equivalent of a medium loaded fries from any fast food place it tastes alright but super overpriced for what you get. The Japanese Cheesecake was okay, small as well for the price, I wouldn't have minded but the matcha just didn't come through. I'm not sure if the person who got the mango Japanese Cheesecake like it so I can't say anything about that one. I'm just sad I hadn't had it in years and was excited to try some of the new stuff on the menu. Definitely not even half of as good as it was when they opened."

Some of the salmon on the Sunset seemed questionable, so after eating 2 out of the 6 pieces (and some googling, see pic), we decided to play it safe and pick off the salmon (🤞 no food poisoning, wish us luck). Up to you if you want to pay $12.50 for 6 small pieces of an extremely mediocre California roll (there was barely any lemon, see pic). Overall, the $50+ was definitely wasted on this restaurant, and we wil not be eating here again. But hey -- for what it's worth, our dogs seemed to really enjoy the food."
