Was all very clean and efficient, and there whole family were there working the food line. I watched as they did everything correct.. nicely toasted fresh bread.. nice juicy slices of eggplant. Heated in the pizza oven then brought to the kitchen for fresh assembly. I would say this was vastly better vs a chain pizza down the block. Highly recommended."
