"I’ve loved Potbelly for years in KY, NC, and FL, so I know how good they can be. But the new South Florida location has gone downhill fast. Prices have gone up, portions have shrunk, and the quality just isn’t there anymore.
My usual order—Italian sub, bowl chicken pot pie soup,(which you know it's never a bowls worth more like a cup when measured) and a shake—keeps getting worse.
