Everything arrived hot and packed well.They didn't send my meal included soup which, TBH food was so good and the call was so unexpectedly pleasant- it just wasn't a big deal. I was bummed that I didnt get to try it. I had ordered a separate French Onion Soup as well; so I think that maybe threw them off.
These days, I dont even want to review b/c my experiences were bad food, bugs, etc.

The portion of lox was decent (not too generous but not what I would consider skimpy) and the onions were super thin sliced like I like. And when you order “extra” cream cheese, you really do get it (which is my favorite).
