"I decided to pick up my order since I've had bad experience with deliveries. But it was more of the same. I guess they overloaded the burrito with rice hope you wouldn't notice how little meat was in it. The tacos also had very little meat and way too much sour cream even if you loved sour cream. The chips were so stale I had to get chips at the convenience store on my way home to enjoy the queso. There's a food truck not far from there that I've eaten at a few times that's been terrific for DC about half the price. I can't throw away my money at Chipotle any longer. The final straw was calling corporate and the system giving you such a runaround that you can be sure no one's listening to your complaints. They used to be unbelievable and now they're going to put themselves out of business"
