"My CENTER-CUT SIRLOIN STEAK was cooked perfectly medium rare. I had no trouble cutting it with my platic knife. It was well seasoned. It definitely did not need any of the sauces offered. That being said, the pesto was AMAZING. I love pesto and theirs is SO good! I found myself wishing I had some bread to dip in it. The street corn side was delicious. It was plenty spicy and a generous portion. The broccoli side had sun dried tomatoes and I think it was steamed. The broccoli didn't have any other seasoning but was well cooked.
My husband had the SALMON BOWL. It had a great tangy flavor and his salmon was perfectly cooked.
We shared the carrot cake. I prefer a cream cheese frosting and a little denser CARROT CAKE. Theirs has a buttercream frosting I think. It was good. A little too sweet for me but it was still good.

The crust on the brisket was beautifully flavored and complimented the meat. The sausage was very flavorful and the skin had a nice snap to it when you bit into it. The sauce complimented the meats quite well. The baked beans were nicely flavored. The potato salad needed a lot of help. More chunky, less creamy. Add boiled eggs and some mustard. The fried okra was crispy. The cornbread muffin was way too dense, no flavor. Really needed some TLC. The muffin needs to be more flavorful and perfectly crumbly. Maybe add some jalapeno pieces. But definitely needs work. All in all, the meal was awesome. The meats were very tender and delicately tasty. I would definitely order from here again despite the distance from me. Kudos to the Gaitlan's BBQ. Was a beautiful experience indeed!"

"I can't believe this place has such good reviews. First, the lobster roll sandwich was insanely small. Imagine getting a slice of Texas toast and folding it in half, then throwing some lobster meat in the center of it. That's what $16 gets you. Next are the fries. Crinkle cut, undercooked, and NO seasoning whatsoever, not even salt. I also got a lemonade, which they screwed up as well. There was no ice. And this was a delivery that got to me less than 10 minutes after it was made, so the delivery driver can't be blamed for that."
