But THIS burger.. is by far the best burger I've had. Period. Their original dbl smash burger and Cosmik fries BEAT OUT ALL OTHER OPTIONS. Their burgers are made perfectly, seasoned perfectly, the toppings are a match in heaven, all while staying on the burger. The bread isn't soggy or over toasted.. it's literally the best burger I've ever had. Reviews are so personal and some may totally prefer the thick over seasoned hockey puck from Stella's... but Hopcat just did it right. It's a "basic" burger made into total gourmet perfection. This is from a non MI native, completely unbiased. I think we need more reviews like this. Not just based on popularity. As someone who isn't from here.. i can care less who's been around the longest. I want DELICIOUS LOCAL FOOD. I assure you, you won't regret this decision. OH and the WINGS ARE FIREEE! "Stellar Brownie is definitely not cooked all the way and got literally a half of a scoop of ice cream with it...for almost $9 I'm sorry but that's ridiculous.
