The shrimp in the spring rolls was a slice of shrimp about as thick as a potato peel and loosely bundled romain lettuce was the primary ingredient. The lemongrass chicken was cut paper thin like paillards, then grilled to the texture of shoe leather, with no hint of lemongrass. Fortunately, I had some in the fridge.
