"This is not the first but the second time I've ordered from Schlotzsky's for myself and colleague and it's been terrible. I understand that things are hard right now with limited help, inflation etc. But why does my sandwich always have pale, flat, barely there ingredients??? Last time it was 1 piece of turkey, cheese and bread..they left out all of the other ingredients. "I was really excited to try this restaurant, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Vegetable Soup (Efo Riro) with assorted meats and fufu. First, the beef was entirely overcooked and dry. Therwas only 1 chunk of dry meat. the rest was full of tripe which was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. I had to throw out most of it. The Meat pie was well seasoned and I very much enjoyed the veggies For the price, I expected fresh, well-prepared meat that matched the menu description. Unfortunately, this meal was far from that.
