"This is not the first but the second time I've ordered from Schlotzsky's for myself and colleague and it's been terrible. I understand that things are hard right now with limited help, inflation etc. But why does my sandwich always have pale, flat, barely there ingredients??? "I was really excited to try this restaurant, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Vegetable Soup (Efo Riro) with assorted meats and fufu. First, the beef was entirely overcooked and dry. Therwas only 1 chunk of dry meat. the rest was full of tripe which was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. I had to throw out most of it.
