"While they got the food order right, they keep sending me a cold latte instead of the hot latte I request. When I order online and call to make sure they fill the order correctly, the employee says, of course, we'll make it right. This time I didn't - I shouldn't have to - and I received, I think it's a vanilla shake with whipped cream. The woman who answered when I called to complain was very apologetic and offered to mail me a coupon.
I appreciated it but that doesn't fix the problem of consistently wrong orders. The webpage the employees view when filling online orders needs to specify "hot" or "iced" instead of whatever it currently uses."

They kind of do their own spin on it as it's not a traditional wedding soup but it is very good. I was not a fan of the coleslaw the least bit but besides that, I'd absolutely order again. I wish they would seal the containers for DoorDash as some Dashers aren't the most honest. We are chefs so unfortunately very picky but there wasn't much to pick apart here.
