Blue cheese is salty, that's to be expected, but it is one of the best blue cheese sauces I have ever had. However, some issues: - the BBQ sauce is salty as heck. Truly mouth puckeringly salty. - - the Ribwich is very dry - need to increase the fat ratio in the patty. - as for the pickles, the flavour profile is quite different from the usual and I am an epic pickle fan. Like 10 times heavy pickle so there is more pickle than burger patty level. - buns are nothing special and with other burger joints upping their game I'm hoping these will get some pizzazz"
