"Perfectly fine, but not spectacular. I appreciate that they separate the broth from the rest of the Ramen so you can add it when it arrives. Overall though, it was pretty meh - good, but not great. The Char Siu Ramen seemed a little underseasoned - the pork belly was a great texture but didn't have a ton of flavor outside of just a very mild meat flavor, and the broth, while good, wasn't super flavorful either. I ordered medium spice level as spice is subjective and I'd rather err on the side of caution, but there was literally zero spice - I would def get spicy if not very spicy next time. The fish cake was fairly mild in flavor and while the egg was good, that was the one thing that seemed over-seasoned and was pretty salty. I did get the Age Tofu as well which was honestly better than the Ramen - lovely texture and so much more flavor by comparison. I would get that again. I will say it has a little bit of that fermented soy smell that tofu sometimes has, but the flavor was great."
