Then I get to the ramen where the paper bowl that they've decided to transport hot soup in, has completely come apart. Luckily it was tied off in a plastic bag, but not the best experience fishing my ramen out of a plastic bag. The consume was very thick and hardly had any beef flavor to it. Just tasted like watered down blended chile. No salt or any seasoning to it at all. Lastly, the birria was tough.
