"so my order was part of a stacked order and after it was picked up it sit in my father's car for almost an hour before it got to me. Sandwich was still perfect, not soggy, delicious. I also ordered mozzarella sticks and I figured they'd be cold soggy trash because the delivery took so long but I stuck them in the oven for 5 mins and they were amaazzzinnggggg still crispy and melted cheese. love this place. I just wish this location had cream cheese like the other location does."

"I wanted to share some feedback in hopes it’s helpful going forward. The smashburger had a large amount of grilled onions both inside the burger and piled on top, along with finely chopped red bell peppers added on top. The combination overpowered the burger, and the peppers in particular made every bite taste very heavy and unbalanced. The tater tots were also very heavily battered and over-fried, and the seasoning was overpowering which made them doughy instead of crispy. I usually enjoy smashburgers, but this order didn’t come together flavor- or texture-wise. I hope this feedback helps with future orders."

(The Sandwich Formerly Known as "HOLY CHICKEN!") and substituted the waffle for a brioche bun. $20 for the Sammy alone, and then $7 for fries, PLUS fees and delivery and tip... I know it's DD but still $40 for a fast food combo?!? The sandwich was superior to ANY chicken sandwich available in town that I have had, but I just couldnt ever justify the cost yall. Sorry. Othewise, a 5 star sandwich, but it looks like the wealthy win again, I just cant keep up with the inflation, justified or not. "

"Full rack of St. Louis style pork ribs were super meaty and the sauce was amazing with just the right amount of kick. And a full rack is A LOT! The Tri -tip sandwich was loaded with thinly sliced meat done perfectly. No dry, tough stuff here. And the bit of salsa and sauce on a super soft roll made this one of the best Tri-tip sandwiches I've ever had. Mac & Cheese also excellent. We'll order from Shalhoob's again soon."
