"After seeing a new taqueria in town I was excited to finally have a closer option for my lengua and cabeza fix. However, I was disappointed to see that not only is each taco $4, but when they arrived there was barely any meat in them at all! The quality and taste of the meat was great, but when you only have a pinch of meat in each tortilla, it ruins the experience. Either the prices need to be lowered or they need to work on increasing their portions. There are other restaurants in town that will give you insane value for the prices they charge. The only saving grace for here is the option for uncommon meats like lengua and cabeza and rare finds like menudo. Speaking of menudo, it was good. But definitely not $14 worth of soup. Maybe $10-12 maximum. They should check out the other Mexican restaurants in town so they can gauge how to set their prices or else I'm afraid they won't be here very long. Solid 4/10: expensive & small portions, but good taste. Just not worth it unfortunately."

I understand there's chicken in the ramen too, but they didn't even bother to cut it at all. Damn near a whole thigh just plopped in there. You don't need to reach for a drink every bite even at Very Spicy and that's really nice. you can tell the spice is a flavoring and not a torture event.
