"I hate to give them a bad review because Oriental Palace is usually dependable and it's owned and operated by a nice family. Tonight Able left the food outside my door without knocking. The food sat out there as I waited patiently inside. The sweet and sour pork was inedible -- - I couldn't eat it beyond two pieces. It tasted like it was cooked in old oil and almost every piece was burnt. In truth, whenever I order through DoorDash or GrubHub, literally, it's never a good experience. If I call up and ask for delivery, I usually get five star service. That's going to be the route I have to take. "Good, bad and ugly. Good: The fries that came with the Fried Seafood Platter were great. The Crack Fire Chicken Bites were tasty overall, but dry. Would have been better with bigger pieces maybe. The wife and I both thought it would have been better with the wasabi sauce that came with the Chicken Teriyaki Dumplings. Bad: The 16" Pie Fig & Prosciutto was overly dense, overly sweet and had diced dry figs. The prosciutto and the arugula on it was ok. Ugly: Fried Seafood Platter. For $35 you get one piece of chicken nugget sized salmon, one chicken nugget sized piece of cod, four " jumbo" shrimp that were large at best and 2 scallops. All served with plenty of fries. Wasn't horrible tasting, but left me feeling like I was robbed. If it was served without fries, it it would barely be app sized. Our second attempt more than 1 year apart. Wont be going back that way. "

"I've been ordering from here for 4 months. Never had a bad meal. I order every time the Fire Honey Pie, always cooked to perfection crispy and out right delicious. Also ordered the meatball appetizer with ricotta excellent and tried for the first time Gnocchi & Burrata sauce was a little simple but the burrata makes it taste great so if we are gradung it.
