"I try to come every Friday for the Shrimp Ceviche. It's the best I've ever had. It's always fresh and you get a lot forthe price. I also really love the seafood salsa that Irma herself makes to go with it and reccommend getting extra. My household and I are also very big fans of the quesabirria and quesashrimp tacos and the Three Amigos Burrito. They have the best birria around. Their elote is also delicious and you get a lot. Their agua frescas are always super refreshing too. Irma's is hands down my favorite place in Hastings and one of the best food trucks I've ever been to across the country. Also, everyone is always so nice and I really value and appreciate that. 10/10 experience every time."
