Their prices go up, their portions get smaller. The Parmesan crusted burger tasted like they used plain sourdough, there was nothing crusted about it, you couldn't taste the Parmesan. The breakfast burrito was bland, pretty much flavorless, and the hashbrowns that were supposed to be crispy were barely cooked. Farmer Boys used to be a great local fast food chain, now they're just a disappointment. $21 and change for a hamburger around the same proportions of a double cheeseburger from McDonald's, plus a burrito about the size of what you would get from Taco Bell. "I ordered the Combo Breakfast Burrito and the Beans. They came hot and fresh. The beans were an AMAZING size for the price. They were much bigger than I expected. Well seasoned, greattexture , and piping hot. I am very picky as i compare everything to my hispanic family that makes great authenticmexican . These are some of if not the best ive tasted from a restauraunt. It came with cheese on top. The burrito is also a nice size and a good price considering what'sinside . Also came hot.
