What makes it even worse is that I was looking forward to this meal all day, hyping it up in my head because I know how good it can be. But instead of a satisfying, well-portioned bowl, I got this weak, half-filled disappointment that left me staring at it like, “That’s it?” And to make matters even worse, the whole process of getting my food was already a headache. I went through the drive-thru thinking it would be quick and convenient, only for them to hand me the wrong bag. I didn’t realize until I was already driving away, so I had to turn around, go back, and wait again just to get the right order. At that point, I was already annoyed, but I told myself it would all be worth it once I got home and finally dug into my food. Oh, how wrong I was. I get home, open the bowl, and see that they were being stingy as hell with the portions. Like, I paid for extra—where is it?! It felt like they were rationing ingredients like we’re in a food shortage or something. I don’t know if it was just this particular location, a lazy employee, or just bad luck, but either way, it completely killed my mood. When you crave something all day, finally get it, and then it turns out to be a complete letdown, the disappointment hits different. Chipotle usually does me right, but this time? Absolute letdown. The berry tart has more like a jam on top but comes with a couple of whole berries on top. The peanut butter pie is to die for. Grilled Chicken & Avocado salad was good, BUT...bagged salad with wet/jarred peppers, spoonful of corn, tomatoes...definitely not enough to be charged $15.50. For $15.50 add an egg, some edamame, sprouts...there's a plethora of more things to add to a salad to make it not only substantial, but worth $15.50...maybe even more. It was such a small salad. Again, the dressing container was held more. To say we weren't happy or impressed is an understatement. We will not be ordering from here again, nor recommending to anyone asking until price vs value becomes equal."

"First off I ordered the Strawberry Lemon French Macaron - 6 Count and didnt get them I got the 12 count variety ones instead and they were stale. The banana peppers on my sandwich were gross they didn’t taste fresh at all. I work in the food industry and know what fresh ingredients taste like and the banana peppers i got were completely gross. They also didn’t toast the meat and cheese like I requested and the sub was drowned in oil although I did ask for the oil the 3 layers of wrapping the small sandwich came it were completely soaked. Also they packaged each item individually which is a huge waste of paper the big bag they put just the condiments and macarons in although it was big enough to fit all 3 of the items i ordered. Then they put my sandwich in a whole other bag then put the sandwich inside a bag with two sandwich papers wrapped around it. Then the pizza logs came packaged in a box 3 times the size of the logs themselves... Just a lot of paper waste. The only good thing about my order was the Pizza Logs they were good and still hot when they got here. "
