"The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because my chicken was slightly overcooked. Well, that plus the price. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, even the little side salad was good with what tasted like homemade dressing (Italian?). But a handful of greens and some rice and beans do not cost that much, nor is this hard to make. Think about it.. out of what you get with the Pollo la Plancha the only thing that requires on the spot cooking is the chicken. The rice is batch cooked, the beans are batch cooked, the greens come out of a container probably. I can't speak for any other meal right now, but the Pollo la Plancha should be $10-12 at most, not $17. If it was that price I'd order it every day. The flavor is decent and portion size is good."

Just had the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak as-is with Rosemary Parm bread (MUST GET Rosemary Parm bread!), which is slightly better than the Club Sub IMO, just in overall taste satisfaction. I wish they would unlock custom requests on this app, or allow for more customization. Until they fix that (if they ever do), I'm leaving this at 4 stars. It's kind of ridiculous that I can't ask for something as simple as chipotle mayo to be added without having to be IN the store or order through Jersey Mike's app directly.
