"spicy chicken burrito is so good i ordered a large though because im big and it stuffed me. but the other half is a snack! and the jarritos brought me right back to sitting outside a circle k in mexico waiting for my ma. 10/10 great burps "
"Terrible experience. The Extreme Fries were a tiny portion with a tablespoon of ground beef for the price. The Bowl had a foul unidentifiable taste that made it inedible. The Chips & Salsa were also a tiny portion, about a handful that tasted stale, but at least relatively cheap. Would not order again. I wish I could block a restaurant so I don't accidentally order them in the future."

"The taquito wrapping is so good. I'd eat it alone dipped in a bunch of sauces. This week's poutine is delicious and savoury (garlic Parmesan popcorn chicken) and the portion was huge. I was surprised to open it up and see two containers of it, but thrilled it's packed for easy leftovers!"
"The burger of the month (Birria Burger) was SO GOOD, as was the deep fried cheesecake.. I could drink the caramel sauce. But the spicy chicken burger was very disappointing as the spicy mayo wasn't even noticeable visibly or by taste, as well as the piece of chicken did not fill the bun. Disappointing when you're spending $22 on a burger; may as well have gone to Wendy's for that one."

"Food is very tasty, and reasonably priced. Worth it when I don't feel like cooking. The portion size on the sides and poke bowl seem smaller than you would get dining in. They always do a good job with the lettuce wrapped burgers and wings!"

"My favorite Boston Pizza. Food quality is great and the Baked 7 cheese ravioli is too delicious for words. I love their $15 dollar meal deal at lunchtime with the option of adding a $3 mini brownie, and their $15.99 pasta Tuesday deal is great value! I also really enjoy being able to eat outside on their patio."
"We normally order BP pizza when we want to treat ourselves a bit. It is quite expensive, so we don't go there a lot. It has always been our top pizza though. This time it was not at all what we are used to. The toppings were less than great. Barely any beef at all. Maybe enough to fill a tablespoon. The crust was thin and dry. We paid $80 for a pizza and bandera bread that wasn't anywhere nearly as enjoyable as a $27 pizza we normally buy only a block from our house. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with our food this time. Hoping for redemption if we do this again."

"The portions of both Wor Wonton Soup and Sweet Mongolian udon noodle are so small. My soup at 18.49 CAD has only 4 wontons in it. incomparable with other Chinese restaurant where at least when you size up, you get something bigger! Tast of the soup is also blend, wonton is mushy. "ordered pulled Slow Cooked BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich Combo with coleslaw and the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich with mac&cheese. the Pulled Pork sandwich was deicious, but the coleslaw lacked flavor and was super bland, I didnt finish it. the chicken sandwich was also very tasty. would definitely order again. oh and the mac&cheese was also tasty, but not the best we've ever had. portion sizes were fair for the price ( used to own my own family restaurant for 5 years)."
"I rarely write negative reviews, but a few issues stood out.
Portion sizes were tiny for the price—my ~$6 mac and cheese side was so small that placing my hand next to it showed just how little there was. That said, the mac and cheese was flavorful, cheesy, and well-made. The pulled pork sandwich had decent flavor, but the bun was over-toasted.
No cutlery was included, so I had to eat everything with my hands on a late-night airport DoorDash delivery with no utensils available.
The DoorDash driver was polite, fast, and followed instructions perfectly.
I'll give them another shot—I like supporting new spots and think they deserve a second chance. Next time, I'll dine in."

"Always great food here. Better Cheesy Bread than dominos by miles, and the quality of the 2 Medium Pizza & 2 Dips is top notch too. Great flavors and made with care! We love Tossing."
"I've been ordering from this store from 3-4 years now... I usually order veg- pizza and it is a masterclass in simplicity. The crust is flawlessly baked—crispy and golden on the outside, with just the right amount of chewiness on the inside. It has that perfect balance where it wasn’t too thick to overpower the toppings, yet substantial enough to carry the flavors with each bite.
I also appreciated how well the pizza was seasoned. The base had a light dusting of herbs, which added an extra layer of flavor without taking away from the simplicity of a good Shahi Paneer pizza. The subtle undertone of garlic and oregano lifted the dish, making every bite feel indulgent yet comforting. Especially I love corn on pizza. Ironic, right!!
The sauce was a delightful complement. It was applied in just the right proportion, adding flavor without drowning the cheese or crust. Together, the sauce, cheese, and crust created a harmonious balance that makes this pizza stand out from the rest.
Overall, the store delivers a pizza that’s not just good, but exceptional. It’s clear they prioritize quality ingredients and attention to detail, and it shows in every slice. If you’re a pizza lover, this is one place you don’t want to miss!
Highly recommended by sna...(writer)"

"I had the plain grilled chicken on my Fettuccine Alfredo, and it was super tender and flavorful! Large portions, enough to take to work for lunch and will still have a little left from that.
Caesar Caesar Salad (Small) dressing was served in a side container, which I like so the salad does not get soggy, and the small was also enough for 2 meals.
Definitely worth it!"
"It's good, just not what I expected. I know I'm ignorant, but if you are kind of expecting/craving something like the chicken creole from Cactus it is going to disappoint.
Huge portion but.... tangy, as a dish, overall."

"Izzy, Marnie, and the team at El Taquero are some of the finest people in this town. The fact that they make the best tacos I've had outside of Mexico is almost just a bonus. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The carnitas in particular are fantastic. Also, if you go in person, order a cocktail. They have fantastic Margs and more! "
"Good flavour, somewhat small tacos but it seemed pretty authentic. May have benefited from more cilantro. There was a good amount of meat on both the meat options I ordered (tinga and carnitas) but it was a little dry. The frijoles con queso was my favourite of the three since the cheese was flavourful and it didn't have the dryness issue."

"While food was excellent onion rings only came with 5 of them. Wouldn't recommend getting them especially with an up charge. "
"Beef dip was terrible. The beef was over cooked , sliced way too thick and it was rubbery. Very small side of crinkle fries. The au jus came in the tiny black container the same size as the ketchup container...only 2tbsp. of au jus for a beef dip? Terrible. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again. "

"Taste-wise is good, and it seems fresh too. However, I don't get why they decide to serve key ingredients as a side, using tiny little containers. It's a wrap (burrito), I can't unwrap it and add things, and the portion didn't last until the end. Maybe it's a delivery thing? Not sure if I recommend it..."

"ALCATRAZ IS THE BEST! The food placement in the bag was organized perfectly. I ordered the three 3 Piece Tenders and they put an extra one in the box. The can of pop was wrapped it in napkins to keep it cold and shield it from the hot food. The Sandwich Meal was perfect, the chicken was juicy, crispy and delicious. The ZMax sandwhich was so freaking good. They gave me some extra sauce! And the Gravy is so yummy.
Best customer service, best food, best people."
"I never leave reviews. But the food was a 10/10, best fries I had in Kelowna and the fried chicken reminds me of local fried chicken spots in kentucky. Keep the staff because they made it top quality. Cheers "

"Will not order again. Over $20 for the Chile relleno and it was the smallest thing I've ever seen. Latin fiesta has one that is huge, filling and way cheaper.
