"We got the Family Bundle and were unpleasantly surprised to understand why the price was so low. The burgers were bland, and overcooked. The chicken sandwiches were completely tasteless, and chewy. The Buffalo nuggets were soggy, overdone, and the sauce tasted almost rancid. The fries were fine, but a bit cold. The only part of our order that wasn't disappointing, was our Coca-Cola drinks. It was edible, and I'd order it again IF I was in a pinch due to price."

"As a former team leader in Burger King, I understand having certain things being overlooked by mistake or because of being short handed in a middle of a rush. While the double whopper did have cheese, and no onions or tomatos as requested, it was missing the bacon that I had paid extra for. The fries, while still warm, had tasted like it had began to lose its fresh taste as well as having no salt on them. The sauces for the nuggets, whether it was by accident or careless mistake, had one of the bbq sauce packets explode and coating a good portion inside the bag. The nuggets and the burger themselves tasted great, and again I absolutely get it that things just slip up while you're trying to get orders out as fast as possible, so I ask for your kitchen crew and your expeditor to be more attentive and careful for future orders. Looking forward to trying your store again in the future!"

"The R17. Texas II Roll was pretty good. It tasted mostly like "fried" than sushi. I've had fried rolls other places and the combined flavor of the ingredients was more pronounced than the "fried" taste. That was a little disappointing. And they only sent a tiny amount of ginger and wasabi, probably half a teaspoon."
